It's that time again folks. Time to pay annual subs 🙂 DEADLINE is on the 31st March at the club Registration Evening. If your membership has not been paid by then, it will go up by £10 and your included shirt will be forefitted.
Those that were at the AGM will know that we are doing things slightly differently this year. The club is undertaking a major new project in construction of the new ground and in order to keep on top of ever rising costs of cricket it has been essential to raise subs.
Adult memberships will also include a playing shirt for the 2017 season which is not optional, however the overall cost of a membership and a shirt is actually cheaper than last year.
Junior prices have also had to go up as part of the increasing amount of quality, ECB coaching that is included.
We are now offering online payments for your annual subs through PayPal. Hopefully this will make paying far easier for you and administration far easier for the club.

Playing Kit and Squad Numbers
The 2017 Alveley Playing kit comes with the option of having your surname and number on the back of your shirt.
The club has decided on a squad number system for the entirety of the membership. This will work on a first-come-first-served basis. You MUST pay your membership in order to request a number. First ones to pay will get the first pick of numbers.
Once you have secured your squad number you will be able to purchase playing, training and club kit that has been personalised with your squad number and name (in most cases)
A list of available squad numbers can be seen here. This will be kept as up to date as possible, however Sue Anderson will administer the live list.
There are 2 ways to pay for your membership. First, through the website. Select the correct membership for you and pay using the online portal. Second, in person either to Sue Anderson or to Richard Twigg.
Adults receive a shirt as part of their paid membership. If you pay for your membership online you may leave details of your preferred squad number and shirt size in the extra information box as you complete the process. If you pay your membership in person then Sue will take your squad number and shirt size.
This will be the same process for the Family playing membership which includes ONE adult playing shirt included with the price.
Juniors will need to follow the same procedure as above to pay for their membership and secure their squad number. Juniors membership does not include a shirt however they will be able to order any kit either at the Registration Evening or on the website.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. Once you payment has been accepted you will get another email to confirm that.
CASC - Gift Aid
No membership will be classed as finalised without a Gift Aid form being completed and given or emailed to Richard Twigg. (email firstname.lastname@example.org)
