Starting a physical activity session should be straightforward task, but maybe it feels selfish to take the time for yourself or you don’t even know where to start.
Whether you’re already active, or new to exercise, or just want to meet new friends, our womens softball is a great way to lose weight and have lots of fun.
No cricket experience is required, the club provides all of the equipment.
Following feedback we have moved the night, sessions will now take place on Thursday nights starting on Thursday 20th April.
